Build consistent practice across your organisation

Equip up to 25 named professionals with a shared understanding of menopause-informed practice and a consistent framework for recognising change, challenging assumptions and responding more safely. With the complete Duty to Pause training, Professional Resource Pack and Learning Community brought together under a 12-month organisational licence, your team can move beyond individual awareness towards a more consistent approach across professional practice.

Is the Small Organisation Package right for your team?

Designed for small organisations, agencies and services that want to establish a shared, consistent approach to menopause-informed professional practice across a wider team.

Train up to 25 named professionals through the complete Duty to Pause programme, giving colleagues the knowledge, practical tools and shared language to recognise change, challenge assumptions and respond more safely.

Your package brings together the four-hour professional training course, Professional Resource Pack and Learning Community, with a 12-month organisational licence.

By learning from the same professional framework, teams can strengthen consistency across conversations, recording, support and decision-making around looked-after children and the people who care for them.

What your organisation gains

Turn individual learning into more consistent practice across your wider professional team.

  • Shared professional understanding

Give up to 25 professionals a common language for recognising menopause-related change and considering its potential impact before assumptions take hold.

  • Greater consistency in professional judgement

Build a shared approach to conversations, recording, support and decision-making where misunderstanding could affect carers and looked-after children.

  • Practical tools embedded in practice

Equip professionals with resources that support reflection, communication, recording and proportionate responses beyond the training itself.

Show that your organisation is menopause-informed

When all named learners included in your package have successfully completed their Duty to Pause training, your organisation will receive the “We Are a Menopause-Informed Organisation” digital badge for approved use on your website and digital communications.

The badge is valid for 12 months from completion of the organisation’s training and provides a visible way to demonstrate your commitment to menopause-informed professional practice.

This training badge is separate from the Duty to Pause Award of Excellence, which requires an independent, evidence-led assessment of organisational practice.

Getting your team started is simple

Purchase the Small Organisation Package once for your organisation. After purchase, you’ll receive instructions for activating up to 25 named learner places.

Each learner creates their own secure account and receives individual access to the Duty to Pause course, Professional Resource Pack and Learning Community for 12 months.

No shared logins. Each place is assigned to an individual learner.
