Build shared understanding across your team

Because meaningful change is easier when professionals learn together.

Give up to 10 named professionals access to the same specialist learning, practical tools and professional community for 12 months. The Micro Organisation Package helps create a shared understanding of menopause-informed practice across your team — supporting more consistent conversations, fairer recording, better-informed professional judgement and earlier, more proportionate support. Rather than learning ending when the course is completed, the Professional Resource Pack provides practical tools to take into everyday practice, while the Learning Community gives learners a place to continue reflecting, asking questions and developing their understanding.

Is the Micro Organisation Package right for your team?

Designed for smaller organisations and services that want to build a shared, consistent approach to menopause-informed professional practice.

Train up to 10 named professionals through the complete Duty to Pause programme, giving your team the knowledge, practical tools and shared language to recognise change, challenge assumptions and respond more safely.

Your package brings together the four-hour professional training course, Professional Resource Pack and Learning Community, with a 12-month organisational licence.

Rather than training people in isolation, it gives your team a common foundation for conversations, recording, support and professional decision-making around looked-after children and the people who care for them.

What your organisation gains

Turn individual learning into more consistent professional practice across your team.

  • Shared professional understanding

Give up to 10 professionals a common language for recognising menopause-related change and considering its potential impact before assumptions take hold.

  • Safer professional judgement

Strengthen the way your team approaches conversations, records, support and decision-making where misunderstanding could affect carers and looked-after children.

  • Practical tools for everyday practice

Move beyond awareness with resources your team can use to support reflection, communication, recording and proportionate professional responses.

Show that your organisation is menopause-informed

When all named learners included in your package have successfully completed their Duty to Pause training, your organisation will receive the “We Are a Menopause-Informed Organisation” digital badge for approved use on your website and digital communications.

The badge is valid for 12 months from completion of the organisation’s training and provides a visible way to demonstrate your commitment to menopause-informed professional practice.

This training badge is separate from the Duty to Pause Award of Excellence, which requires an independent, evidence-led assessment of organisational practice.

Getting your team started is simple

Purchase the Micro Organisation Package once for your organisation. After purchase, you’ll receive instructions for activating up to 10 named learner places.

Each learner creates their own secure account and receives individual access to the Duty to Pause course, Professional Resource Pack and Learning Community for 12 months.

No shared logins. Each place is assigned to an individual learner.
