Enterprise & Bespoke organisations can receive the “We Are a Menopause-Informed Organisation” digital badge once the agreed training requirements within their tailored Duty to Pause implementation plan have been successfully completed.
The badge is available for approved use on your website and digital communications and is valid for 12 months from the agreed organisational completion date.
Where training is delivered across multiple teams, services or phased cohorts, badge eligibility and renewal requirements will be agreed as part of your tailored proposal.
This training badge is separate from the Duty to Pause Award of Excellence, which requires an independent, evidence-led assessment of organisational practice.
Enterprise & Bespoke begins with a conversation about your organisation, workforce and objectives. We’ll explore the number of professionals you need to train, the teams and services involved, and any specific implementation requirements.
From there, Duty to Pause will develop a tailored proposal and quotation, setting out your learner access, resources, support and agreed approach to implementation.
Once agreed, we’ll provide clear onboarding instructions so your professionals can access their training, Professional Resource Pack and Learning Community.
